What to expect:
A variety of 6 - 10 organic vegetables each week. The amount of vegetables is designed to provide a family of three people with vegetables for 4 - 5 dinners. Of course this will vary from family to family and how many vegetables you eat. The weight of the share will vary per season, ranging from approx. 8 – 12 lbs.
Spring: Broccoli rabe, kale, lettuce (many varieties), radish, turnips, box choy, tatsoi, mustard greens, lettuce mix, arugula, braising greens, radishes, turnips, cabbage, collards
Summer: cucumbers, summer squash, cooking peppers, salad peppers, tomatoes red, tomatoes heirloom (many varieties), eggplants, beets, collards, potatoes watermelons, cantaloupes, lettuce(many varieties), greens
